Our VENISON SPECIALTY was awarded 6 x Gold by the DLG at the Federal Conference of the Agricultural Game Keeper Association, which took place from 5 to 7 May 2006 in Köllitsch.

During the 2nd German Venison Sausage Quality Inspection in October 2007 of the butchers' guild, Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, we received the following awards:

Cold-smoked venison sausages (Kaminwurzen) - GOLD
Venison ham smoked over beech wood - GOLD
Venison salami - GOLD
Venison wiener sausage - GOLD
Venison beer sausage - GOLD
Venison country-smoked salami - GOLD
